Sugaright Featured in Business Trends Magazine

Business Trends Magazine, the Business Magazine for International Enterprises, featured CSC/Sugaright in its recent issue.

CSC Sugar is one of the largest importers and exporters of refined sugar to and from North America. Major trading country partners include Mexico, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Brazil and Columbia. Since 2009, the year in which it introduced Sugaright liquid sugar to the food industry, CSC has transformed itself from trader to processor by building a handful of plants that liquefy and refine sugar across the country.

Andy Moschea, Chief Operating Officer, points out that CSC Sugar operates as a full service logistics provider, covering the entire spectrum from mill to refiner or customer. “Sugaright is noted for its highly efficient micro-refineries which are geographically located near customers to provide better, cost effective, solutions to their liquid sugar needs. Sugaright’s proprietary Selective Separation Method saves about 80% of the intensive energy requirements of traditional sugar refining and granulation without compromising the high product consistency and purity that food and beverage industry demands.”

Sugaright serves many well-known and respected food companies, especially those most concerned with sustainability, service and cost management. Mr. Moschea expects the market for liquid sugar to continue to grow as customers continue to transition out of high fructose corn syrup and highly processed artificial sweeteners.
