At Sugaright, we are proud to operate the most sustainable sugar refineries in the world. Our liquid sugar refining process starts with very high-quality raw sugar. We do not evaporate nor granulate, and we offer higher color options that use significantly less energy and water to produce. The result is that our Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions are only 15% of a traditional white granulated sugar refinery.
As many of our customers have publicly announced decarbonization goals or are working to meet internal targets, we created a calculator to facilitate easy comparison of the Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions of Sugaright Liquid Sugar with those of traditionally refined granulated white sugar.
